Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve! It has been a long week and I am really looking forward to an extra day off this weekend. We have been having some cooler weather the last few days and haven't needed the A/C overnight but it's supposed to be about 97 again next week but at least the air quality has improved.
QOTD: My yet...is to be a more understanding mom of a teenage girl. I need to try and remember to be to her what I needed at that age. Always will be a work in progress.

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: TJ oven baked cheese bites, carbmaster yogurt and an iced latte bar.
D: Grilled chicken breast on top of TJ spiral carrots with alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese, spinach salad with Walden farms ranch and crumbled bacon, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
