I went to yoga class this morning. Substitute teacher I didn't like. Longest hour ever.

QOTD: love a good boot or bootie. Looking forward to all things spice- pumpkin, apple etc. every fall/winter since WLS I have had a different go-to hot drink for winter. Curious to see how this year ends up

B: protein bar (pre-yoga)

B2: latte and overnight oats w/protein

L: shrimp on salad

D: Turkey Italian sausage/ricotta/eggbeater frittata, green beans

S: Turkey, May have lox and cream cheese on celery

Good morning~ Is it Friday yet? Yesterday was a tough day emotionally with siblings, lets just say things will never be the same now that my parents are both gone. I feel like I've lost 2 of my 5 siblings to bitterness and resentment. My other 3 siblings more than make up for it though - love for the win. Gotta keep moving on and living life. On the plus side, I've recently connected with a bunch of Robs extended family. They are very welcoming. I look forward to meeting and getting to know them. Again, love for the win!

QOTD - Fall is my favorite!! While I miss New England this time of year, I still enjoy fall in CA. Pumpkin everything, Halloween and Thanksgiving. Here's hoping it cools down soon so I can pull out my sweaters and boots! ETA - can't believe I forgot Football - Go Pats!!

It is so sad when the children "break up" after their parents die but it happens way too often. So sorry!

Good morning fellow menu folks! Today is looking to be a truly "terrific Tuesday" here. The weather is cooling down quite quickly and I got so much done yesterday that today I might even be able to do some work in my sewing room!

Part of the reason I got so much done yesterday was because I needed to keep myself busy. It would have been my mom's birthday. This is the 4th time her birthday has come and gone since she died and it seems like each time is more difficult than the last. Yesterday the realization that my biggest cheerleader will never see me finally succeed at losing weight really hit home.

Qotd: I love everything about Autumn! The colors, the smells, the temperature, my birthday and anniversary, Halloween (already have my costume in the works!). I love the renewal that comes with the season. Everyone seems to enjoy Spring for that, but I think that Fall is more about cleansing and preparing for new things.

Accountability: A perfect day!!! After what seems like a month of being all over the place I was back on track. The only things that lagged a little behind were exercise (which didn't happen on the treadmill), and water I only came in at 90oz.

Bf: 37g ProGranola, 4 oz Fage Nonfat Greek Plain Yogurt

MS: 2oz canned chicken, 1/2T miracle whip, 1/2t Relish, 4 Triscuits

L: Crustless Quiche

AS: Babybel, 1/2 packet Syntrax protein, 2 kiwi

D: Baked Chimichanga (Fresh Start Bariatric cookbook)

Goals: 1 hour treadmill, 120oz water, all vitamins, 950 calories, 85g protein
