Good morning Menu friends and a Happy Tuesday! I am busy planning my Itinerary for my Trip to China/Hong Kong in November, looks as though I will be there for 12 days at this point. Alot of travel within the Country that will include High speed trains and flights.

QOTD - I like the fall as you can dress accordingly. I love to be outside and love crisp quiet fall mornings.

B - scrambled eggs

They are amazing, last year I was there for 13 days and did not see the sunshine while I was in China.

Wow! Was it because of pollution or storms? Was it last year where they seemed to have typhoon after typhoon? Will you be in a different area this time?

Good Morning. Only one more day! Its getting hard to concentrate, hopefully nothing comes across my desk today that requires too much careful thought.

QOTD -temperate weather and football. Foliage when I lived in Massachusetts, but its not the same in Chicago.

QOTD: I tend to get a little depressed when Fall comes because I hate to see Winter coming. I shouldn't let my dread of Winter color my enjoyment of the beautiful Fall weather, though. I do miss the long daylight hours of Summer, especially when Daylight Savings time changes and it starts getting dark SO early. What I LIKE about Fall, though, is the mosquitos and other bugs leaving and I LOVE Halloween!

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 100, Calories - 1,300, Carbs - 173.
