Riboos or decaf green tea are mine. Booth decaf. Lots of very soothing herbals.

Yes. The same way we can also ruin an entire week of mindful eating with one day of eating way too much.

I go to is hot tea, yogurt...Try some with PB2, or any of the sugar free syrups. It satisfies my sweet tooth.

I also have a snack before bedtime every night, especially since I stay up late. My dietician said there's nothing wrong with that, as long as it's something healthy, and not a heavy meal.

Do what works for you. Personally, I can't sleep when I'm hungry and will just toss and turn and obsess about food until I eat something.

To be different we need to do different, right? It's a coping mechanism so instead of searching for the right snacks I think you want to focus on finding a new tool. Meditation, yoga, something skinny people do?
