Afternoon everyone! I'm with you on the next step! My daughter is in her junior year of college, my son his junior year of high school! So not too far off!

Good luck to everyone starting school this week, we've been back for a month already. In fact I signed progress reports this weekend already. I hate that it starts so early down here. I remember when it started the Tuesday after Labor Day.

QOTD: Nothing at the moment. I just haven't had time.

Breakfast: Premier

Lunch: Ran to Moe's and got a burrito in a bowl and had 1/3 of it. (Grilled chicken, pintos, lettuce, tomato, grilled green peppers, salsa and sour cream)

Dinner: Hubby's birthday is Thursday but my son will be in PA for his Drum Corps finals so we are having birthday dinner tonight. I'm making Rouladen and Spaetzle. Hopefully it turns out..First time I've made either alone. I've always had help from my German friends previously. ;-)

I'll have the rouladen but not the spaetzle.

Skipping the gym after work to make dinner since it takes a while to cook. I'll go in the morning before work now that my son is driving and I don't need to hear him whine about having to go so early to the gym ;)

Hope everyone had a great rest of the day.

PS..those of you that eat Peanut butter, what kind do you eat? I have been craving it lately but all ive got is the fully sugar loaded jif at home. I like crunchy too.

Hello friends.... It has been way to long. I think most of the summer things have been so busy but I figure I need to get back on here with my crew and today is as good a day as any right? I have not been posting but have been reading when I could.

QOTD: I am ready the latest book by Bobby Bones Fail Until you Don't: Fight, Grind, Repeat. He is one of my favorite radio DJ"s and I like the message he spreads in everyday life so I read his first book I'm not Lonely if your reading this and he kind of had me after that...

So this summer has been a world wind of work, fun, and I have been losing and gaining the same 5-10 pounds. Time to Get after it again....

My food for the day:

B: Coffee, a pepperoni stick and deli ham

L: sliced rib eye beef and cheddar crips

S: Almonds

D: hot dog and corn

It is nice to be present and I am going to try my best to keep it up....
