What's on your Monday Menu RNY'ers?
Morning RNY'ers! It's supposed to be wicked hot here the next few days. My older starts 10th grade today!! Man how time flies-- I love raising my boys but would not turn back the hands of time. I'm ready for the next stages, and often find myself jealous of people in retirement. Yesterday was sooo, relaxing. I hope I can remember it when we're in the thick of school and tests and homework, etc.
Qotd: what are you reading currently? I'll ask the question but shamelessly admit I do not read. Can't even think of the last book I read- but this always seems to be a popular topic-- so go!

Good morning Peach and everyone! New England is supposed to be super hot as well this week. I hope there is some time for us at the beach but we have a busy agenda most of the time.
QOTD: I'm reading The Whistler, a 2016 book by John Grisham. It is entertaining, but I don't love Grisham books (so I don't have any problem putting them down). I love to read and can't go to sleep at night unless I read ahead of time.
Accountability: Terrible: All-day wedding Saturday and neighborhood BBQ yesterday. My weight is still below my "goal", but at an all-time high since WLS. CAMAW is needed as much as possible this week.
2 Years, 5 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 21 months)
Always lots of coffee...
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: tuna salad or deli chicken
D: Leftover veal
S: cottage cheese or Chomps
