Yves Veggie Products
Hi, I am wondering if anyone tried these products. I have and they are good. I have had the burger, the ground beef and others. I would not replace meat products because I am not a vegetarian. I have not had my surgery yet and still in early process. I am just gather info to help me during this journey. Do you think that Yves veggie products would be safe? What do you think....Thanks
I don't know much about these products, but I'd cautiously say that vegan/vegetarian options would probably be ok, though often plant-based proteins are more starchy or add some sort of starch as a binding agen****ch the carb counts on those products.

I have tried the Yves products in the past. Almost all made from TVP that is soy. I'm sure they would be safe, but there is a lot of soy protein in their products and I'm not sure you want to ingest that much soy as it is a phyto estrogen. Post surgery you are going to experience estrogen dumps as you lose fat. Estrogen being stored in fat cells will dump in your blood stream. Do you want to add phyto estrogens into the mix?
