What's on your Photo Friday Menu RNY'ers?

No work today--Yeah!!! I'm up plotting the route I'll run today. I have my physical with my PCP, $30 in Kohl's cash to spend and then to finish up whatever needs to be done for school Monday. And grocery shopping-- my fridge looks so bare, I don't even have a rotting bag of lettuce.

Photo Friday- post 'em if you got them!! My photo is a before/after collage, but my before's are two of my most hated pics of me recorded. I not only hated how I looked- I felt bad about a number of things in my life at the times and it just shows imo. After are from this summer and last winter.

Qotd: I have a coworker who loves fishing and bought a boat. So if you you owned a boat, what would you name it? Why? (Or if you own one- what's its name and why'd you name it that?)

Me: I'd name my boat "dHRguru". It's my self proclaimed nickname and an ode to the career I love and have grown pretty damn good at.

No weight yet- not up, 3.3 years out

M1: egg, cheese stick, turkey bacon

M2: Greek yogurt

M3: leftover green beans stir fry and shrimp

M4: ?

Eat smart!!

Hi Peachpie,

Thanks for getting us all started!

Happy Friday! It was a wet and miserable here today! I managed to get more of the house organised and painted this week.

QOTD: hmmm, my business name is Esparta Fiber Arts which is named after my Grandfather's boat. So I think I would carry on the family tradition of having an Esparta boat.

I was well behaved today, mostly... I am still under calories, but went 2 grams over on carbs...

B: decaf coffee, protein shake

L: protein oats, and a ryevita with almond butter (can you tell things need shifting)

D: shredded roast chicken

I succumbed to a sugar free hot chocolate this evening...

Fluid/Vitamins/Meds: on point!

Exercise: moved furniture and set up a sewing machine (had to pry it out of the hoarders room) so I can finish a client quilt. Tomorrow will be lots of walking!

Have a fabulous weekend everyone!

Have fun,

As usual, I forgot to post the photos in! I did a before (my 50th this January and one from about a month ago) and a couple of photos of our 10k walk partly in the Botanical Gardens and one of the sunrise from the kitchen window.

My friend Rebecca made the cake! She is one of my quilting students...it was a lovely cake.

Quilting is a fabulous way to keep from munching!

Have fun,
