Oh, glad your brothers are doug better and at least one is now out of the hospital! I am so glad for Thursday because it's means this week is almost over!!
qotd -1) my family to be healthy and 2) feel financially secure and 3) someone would invent a teleporter so I can go see everyone/everything without having a lot of travel time
accountability - yesterday was pretty good for a chaotic day, I ended having the London broil at lunch (no way to measure so I just held myself to one strip) and then skipped the snack buffet at the go kart place and ate at home.

d - cup of la Madeline tomato soup or inside of their quiche Lorraine (pre bookclub dinner with the ladies tonight which will be more fun than work events!)

Quick post as I have a few more things to pack in the camper. Probably will be MIA for a few days but I'll check in Saturday evening after we get set up. We're headed to Lakeshore Methodist Assembly on Kentucky Lake and will work there for 3 weeks then head toward Memphis. QOTD 1. Good health for the whole family2. Happy productive lives for both sons (and Dani my oldest's fiance)3. Enough money to be financially comfortable and pay off the camper and boys school loans. Accountability good with 12,628 steps and no extra bites. Post op 5 years 11.75 months and weight at 119.6 today. Heres food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese1/2 c spinach D 4 oz burger no bun 1/2 c lettuce with ranch dressing S meat cubes and string cheese. Have a great day everyone. I'm out of here!
Good Morning and it's Friday-Eve. The weather is finally cooling down a bit and when I went to Michael's over the weekend they had so much Fall stuff out. I can't wait for Fall!

D: Buddig ham pcak, low carb pita, spinach salad with pecans/skinnygirl raspberry vinaigrette dressing/Bleu cheese, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
