QOTD: I thought I would never be able to eat ____ again... - fill in the blank. At four years out I can eat everything if I want to. Somethings aren't smart for me to eat but I can.
B: latte, eggbeater omelet, lite English muffin
L: Mahi burger, zucchini
D: pork carnitas, cauliflower rice
pre-workout: overnight oats
s: protein powder
Ex: trainer has lost. His. Mind. He wants me to do a farmers carry -50ft each arm x 5 sets- carrying a 60lb dumbbell. 60. Six - zero. He is usually right about what I can do, but I didn't see this one coming.

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Jimmy Dean egg/sausage/cheese pack, carbmaster yogurt, and iced latte bar
D: Low carb pita, buddig turkey pack, spinach salad with pecans/Bleu cheese and Skinnygirl dressing, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

How do you like the Jimmy Dean pack - I had never heard of them and just looked them up! I always like to be in the know of grab and go from the store.

G'morning all.
Not much gong on in my world except for work work work. DD getting ready for end of August and her semester abroad. DS busy with high school & DH busy with work. Everybody is self sufficient thank god. Puppy takes a lot of our times with potty training and sit, stay, come commands but everybody is pitching in and we all have our shifts with her.
QOTD: I went in with my eyes wide open. I had researched a ton and asked a lot of question from the surgeon and his team. My only fear was that I would fail again at this too. I had tried so many diets in the last 20 years and wasn't able to lose ALL the weight. I would get as close as 10-15 lbs of goal and I would slide back. So my fear was that I wouldn't succeed with this either. But I was wrong. As long as one sticks to the plan it's doable. It's a lot of work and it's not easy but it can be done.
