Good morning everyone! Hope your week is flying by; mine is long this week with conferences but tonight our team building is go kart racing so I am excited about that....and for the first time in ever, I haven't had to call around and make sure I'm not over the weight limit;worry about will the straps fit, etc. So that's nice. Peach, I'm jealous of tomorrow being your Friday!
QOTD - I thought I would be hungry more, like all the time! I have days where I'm hungrier but nothing like the bottomless pit I used to feel like. On the other hand, I thought it would be easier to tell when I'm full due to the restriction but I have learned it's not really about the full feeling - it's about eating the right things in the right amounts and then stopping.
Accountability - it was better yesterday than I thought it would be, I sat away from the snack table, there were some ok options at the buffett so I came in right about on plan for protein and cals; ended up at 31 carbs vs my usual under 20 though so today I'm going to watch that.
B - coffee + .5 premiere
S - old crock cheese square
L - volpi mozz and prosscuitto roll, greek light and fit
d - depending on what they have at the go cart place; might just drink a lot of tea and water and eat at home.
Without dinner I'm at 370 cal/43 protein/12 carb
