Good morning! Today is going to be a great day. I am sitting here drinking my black coffee with Miralax with the windows open.
I am going to water aerobics again today. It felt so good to be in the water. I know my husband is going to want to go to lunch today. I just want to stay home and eat my tuna. I have been feeling really snacky and munchy lately. Just a bite of this or that. I just need to be home, focused and have my food planned.
B- 2 eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese
L-1/2 c. tuna with 1/2 c. cottage cheese and pickles, onion
D-smoked chicken sausage with 1/2c. sauteed cabbage
S-light and fit greek yogurt pumpkin pie flavored
QOTD- I do not like the bell sleeves on everything.

I prefer to eat at home or what I've packed vs eat out - it kills me not knowing exactly what I'm eating and how much it weighs. Also afraid I will snowball...

QOTD kids showing off their undies because their pants are below their butts. Really? I think that is gross. And maybe it's not a fad that's going away. But I wi**** would, lol.
Yesterday cals 900, protein 81, carbs 41, fat 46. Today B 1st tea with half and half then square of egg casserole (the last of that) then more tea. L left over grilled veg and broiled tilapia. D shredded chicken. Snacks deli chicken.

Good Morning! Wow, how is it Monday already?!?! My morning is busy already with some employee "things".
QOTD: The first thing that came to mind was all the selfies.

S: Quest BBQ chips, carbmaster yogurt, string cheese and iced latte bar
D:3 oz grilled steak, mashed cauliflower with butter and shredded cheddar cheese, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

I LOL at the selfies.
On the way to HI (5 hr Flight) I watched a woman taking selfies the WHOLE TIME!! I mean one pic after another. It was mind boggling. Picture after picture and then she would fix them or retouch them or whatever!! I was gonna pull the phone out of her hands and toss it out. And she was a grown woman, not even a teenager. So weird. Normal ppl read or listen to music or audibles, or whatever, on a flight. This woman took selfies THE WHOLE TIME! Not a minute of rest.

G'morning menu peeps!
Happy Monday! Gotta start the week with good attitude even if inside I'm stressing about all the to-do list I need to finish before Aug 29th. But one day at a time, that's my motto today and I will not let stress make me eat.
QOTD: I happen to have 2-3 cold shoulder tops but let me explain. I still feel uncomfortable wearing sleeveless (bat wings) so cold shoulder is my compromise to show off my shoulders but hide the bat wings. When it goes out I just won't wear them. I don't like the new trend of ruffle or bell sleeves. Like they are straight till elbow then there is a poof! WHY? Other than that I'm actually enjoying most of the new trends, after 20 years of conservative dressing in order not to be seen, I like a little bit of flare in my wardrobe.
