Birkenstocks are alive and well in CA - I see them everyday and even own a pair!

Happy Monday! It's going to be a long, long week but I'm going to try to stay positive! And maybe go to bed really early tonight, lol.
accountability - I couldn't settle on my meals yesterday so kept switching my plan (putting everything into my tracker before switching of course). Came in at 71/595/13 on a plan of 76/568/13 so not off track.
qotd - I keep waiting for short tops and leggings/yoga pants to go away. Just don't get that luck, I'd also like to see the last of the man bun.
b - coffee + premier x 2
l - chobani greek
d - hamburger patty, slice of cheddar, 5 slices pickle
564 calories/80 protein/22 carb
pilates this afternoon, vitamin/calcium on track and fluid goals being hit.
make it a marvelous Monday!!

Oh no, I am very much in favor of keeping leggings/yoga pants -- just making sure everyone where's a longer shirt with them (unless working out). Maybe it's my age, but I don't understand why anyone would pair leggings and a short shirt for say, the office.

Hey y'all. I was absent this weekend since I went to my hometown, and saw some family that haven't seen me since I was at my highest weight. They were shocked at my weight loss, which was just the ego boost I needed because I'm struggling to notice my own physical changes outside of accomplishing fitness goals (I have biceps!)
while I was home, there was pizza. I ate one slice and the toppings off a second before saying ENOUGH because I was probably going to eat the toppings from a third and make myself sick. Rest of the weekend was good, my mom is a RNY person herself so there was lots of meat and vegetables grilled at home.
qotd: I honestly hope Facebook fades away like MySpace did, but it's longevity thus far suggests it's around to stay. I'm just as guilty as anyone else for being on it, but I also feel like too much social networking is damaging to society, and nobody (population in general) can Jeep their faces out of their phones. But I feel like with all these ways to keep in touch, our relationships are shallow.
breakfast: coffee and premier
lunch: tuna creations on a bed of spinach, string cheese
dinner: Zappa toscana soup using kale and potatoes from the garden (I only have a small crop of little red potatoes, I'm going to enjoy them, but they won't be part of our regular diet)

Right, Facebook is a highlight real, not real life. Selfies are filtered and photoshopped. Unfortunately, that's all we see if people.
