What's on your Monday Menu RNY'ers?

It is Tuesday morning here and I have a sick kid at home... So a little time to kill on the phone finally!
I have really missed this thread as we are in midst the move from Hell. Actually, we are in the new house, but it is in a state of construction and there is no kitchen currently. So eating is kind of random. I am relying heavily on protein powder to help achieve the macros I need.
QOTD: the cold shoulder thing is odd to me and most of the prior stated trends are things that could easily fade away... I admit to loving FB and instagram for checking friends photos of their surroundings and quilts or art. And it is a reasonably easy way to keep in touch with family and friends far away.
Accountability: just ok for most of the day and then blew it by swiping 3 fries off of my hubby's dinner plate.
B: "Proats" (plain yoghurt, oats, protein powder) Fibre is my friend ,Black coffee
L: Broccoli/Blue cheese soup (made by a friend with RNY) added protein powder
AS: yoghurt (high protein with some dehydrated strawberries for flavour)
D: roast chicken, broccoli and cauliflower
Tea
water was good 1.8 litres, all vitamins and medications done.
Exercise: off day as I had to have my heel taped. Walked a 10k day before.
