QOTD: Death in Paradise on Netflix, it's a really fun series if you need a laugh.

I'm working from home today but I can't get into my email. I had to change my password this week, happens every 90 days and for some reason my Outlook won't take it. Waiting for our IT guy to call me. It's really frustrating...email is so necessary.

Accountability: Really good yesterday 891 calories, 91 protein, 22 fat, and 84 carbs. But the scale hasn't been kind the last few days show me up .8 to 1.5lbs for the last few days. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water? I'll try upping it and see what happens.

The smoke wasn't as bad yesterday but my sinus headache seems to have gotten worse. It's been hanging on all week, some days worse than others. I'm hoping it's not a sinus infection.

I got my sample pack of Syntrax Nectars, hoping to find some that I love.

Have a great weekend everyone!

my favorite non-milky ones are the Lemon Iced Tea, Fuzzy Navel, and Pink Grapefruit. I mix them all with Crystal Light lemonade to punch up the flavor. The Pink Grapefruit w/ lemonade CL tastes like Fresca!

I copied you a while back and never went back. Love it.

Afternoon, All!

we left the house somewhat early this morning to hit a coffee shop before I presented to a pre-op class. I wasn't going to go today since I just had PS a week ago, but they sounded like they really needed someone (not sure why since I wasn't the only presenter there today), and besides, I was feeling OK. But it all went fine. Turns out the other presenter was someone I "met" last year here on OH! (she's no longer active on here). I recognized her right away! Small world!

QOTD: I never watch TV. We used to have Netflix, but I canceled it a few months ago since we weren'****ching it enough to justify the cost. I may get it again, though, now that I'm retired. It's a pretty good deal as long as you use it...

3 years 2 months out:

B: Chobani yogurt (coffee & cream - tastes a lot like the Fage coffee-flavored that I loved but can never find anymore - so glad Chobani is now making this!!)

MS: protein shake, coffee with half & half

L1: sprouted grain crackers with pimento cheese

L2: SF pudding (made with 1/3 yogurt, 2/3 milk)

AS: protein shake

D: something light since I'm already up to 1200 kcal (that's pretty much been my normal day's worth since I had PS last week). I'm usually in "swell hell" by dinner time, so luckily I'm in no mood to eat then - or in the evening, either. So maybe just a L&F yogurt. Or another protein shake).

Super late today because I am not feeling well so I slept until 1pm.

BF: 2 protein pancakes, 1/2T raspberry preserves, 1/2t margarine, 2T sugar free syrup

MS: nothing

L: Ginger Soy Chicken Creation pouch, 1 serving pork rinds

AS: probably nothing

Calories will be low, hoping protein comes in at least at 70g.

going back to bed, have a great Friday everyone
