QOTD: If money was no object there is the perfect house that I admire every time I drive by. It is in Maui across from the ocean on Makena Rd south of Wailea. It is white with a blue tile roof and I think it's 4 bd 3 ba house. The last time it was for sale it was 3.5 million. It has a beautiful view and just looks so peaceful. If not that house at least a condo on Maui, which is where I am hoping to retire to. I live in the Pacific Northwest and the winters are so dreary, gray skies and rain. And yes I do have SAD, I imagine everyone that lives here does.

Accountability: I went out to dinner last night and had about 1/4 of a margarita- it was just too sweet and gave me nausea, so I only had 2 shrimp and a flour tortilla (my favorite). I haven't input my dinner so I'm not sure where I was yesterday. Probably not enough protein.

I had a headache most of the day yesterday and still today I really miss ibuprofen.

Good morning everyone~ I have very busy but short day at work today and an eye appointment this afternoon. It's time for new prescription sunglasses. I am torn between forking out $ for some new frames or using the beloved ones I have now...decisions. Anywho, things are good - no complaints!

QOTD - I don't know - it depends on my mood or when you ask! I love the idea of living in London or Dublin... but right now, if money were no object it would be a house on the beach near where I live and one downtown in the city where I work - that would make me very happy. I am lucky to LOVE where I live.

Accountability - great - I was dying to try this fabulous new bread I got for Rob. I looked at it a million times and even smelled it a few also which made it worse, but I was a good girl.

20+mo post op - 157.3 - day 8

sensitive/sore teeth/bite today - soft foods for me

b-coffee x3, yogurt

l-yogurt

d-eggs w/ex sharp cheddar

es - yogurt and popsicles

v/l - on track

e-walk

Have a great day!

Good morning and Happy Tuesday! So glad I made it through Monday. I'm going to look on it as two down, three to go.

QOTD: I actually like living in Los Angeles, although I'd probably move closer to the beach, or at least have a beach house for the weekends!

My plan:

B: 2 eggs, .5 oz cheese scrambled

L: I brought sliced turkey breast and cheese sticks

D: likely shrimp because it's a late night at the gym and shrimp is easy and fast

S: Latte and likely a yogurt before the gym

E: Spin and Booty Blaster if I can get out of the office in time. If not, just spin

The stall is finally over! (I guess I had a 5 week one instead of a 3 week one.)

QOTD: I would love a house in the middle of Iceland, but also to keep my place in the city. It's fun to daydream about money being no object!!

b: premier protein and coffee

s: cheese stick

l: shrimp salad

d: spaghetti squash with tomato sauce

I'm busting my butt this week to get 100oz of water per day. It's tough!!
