Good morning!
QOTD my first thought was Italy, but I've never been either, lol. So if I'm dreaming, I'll dream that it would be just beautiful with sunflowers blooming, old houses on the outside with up to date amenities on the inside, that I can learn to speak Italian, I can see the sea and maybe have a housekeeper. What a dream!
Yesterday cals 914, still too high, protein 92, carbs 20, fat 51 also too high. Today B 1st tea with half and half then low fat cottage cheese and then more tea. L tuna salad. D TBD. Snacks deli chicken chicken, light babybel.
Let's get it!

Wow! That is an early shift, but I'm a bit jealous, you'll have free time for so much daytime! I had a 3 to noon shift once when I was consulting and I loved it.

qotd - I would live in Colorado, but also have a house in Tasmania, an apartment in Istanbul and maybe one some where on the east coast, and travel a lot, lol!
Accountability was perfect yesterday, planned for 526/76/14 and came in spot on, over 100 water and did my first TRX class -- it was fun but so so hard! I signed up for another one next week!
b - coffee + .5 premiere, light and fit greek
L - 1.8 oz roast beef, .5 oz cheese, 3 pepperoncini
d - 3 oz roast beef, .5 oz cheese, 3 pepperoncini
S (if needed) - chomps
With optional snack, I'd be at 587/83/13; without 487/73/13.
excercise - probably just some stretching today and a body resistance circuit at home

Good morning! I got an email from a new job I applied for kind of on a whim, and have a first phone interview scheduled for this afternoon! I've applied at this place several times before but have never gotten past the initial phone interview, which is super disheartening, so I don't have high hopes.
Qotd: I'd want to live near mountains, I think, but also In a secluded country farmhouse. No specific location in mind
breakfast: stopped for an Americano, and I'll add my Premier
snack: Greek L&F
lunch: 2 Pickle Spears wrapped with cream cheese and deli turkey. Something different.
Dinner: on my own, so might just have another yogurt or protein shake.
I had a small pouch yesterday, hoping it keeps up!

I keep telling my husband "6th times the charm!" As a joke. The job is actually at the place he works. I like my current job, but this one would double my income and offer better benefits, plus travel opportunities--they have locations in California, Dublin, Ireland and Bengali.
