There isn't a football game or sport he won'****ch! They are all like Christmas morning to him, he gets so excited. Oh yes, ridiculous, but kinda cute too. Kris is thinking ahead! Rob would be right there with him at 1 am, haha!

My house as well. Michigan all day every Saturday, my husband has been known to be laying in props from our daughters and sons halftime show watching the game on his phone as he's supposed to be doing some animation or something from the props. LOL!

QOTD: Ack! Swim, Swim, Swim. while I can.

4 years post op for me.

Acid was horrible this AM so food is really up in the air. It has to go down easy.

B: Overnight oats w/protein 2/3 portion, 1/2 of my cold brew coffee

B2: Fage 0% greek yogurt w/ 1tbsp SF lemon pudding powder, watermelon

That is as far as I am and even that hurt to eat.

Lunch: Protein pudding

Dinner: I am thinking cauliflower rice and fish (again easy to get down)

I made some protein brownies. We will see.

EX: gym or yoga, not sure.

G'morning all!

I'm back to normal routine, for about two weeks. We just got back from Kauai last night. Great vacation with family. Lots of activities, relaxation and NSVs. My mom is doing better and the friend also has recovered so all is good in my world.

QOTD: for us fall starts now. School starts on wed so back to the fall/winter routine. Just got back from vacay so no more outings. Our summers are so short (8-10 weeks). When I was a kid the three months of summer were never ending, but now I feel like it goes by so fast.

Accountability: very good on vacay. I took a bite here and there from local delicacies (has anybody ever had a hula pie?) but I was careful. In fact I came back not even an oz more than when I left. Kinda bummed I didn't lose anything but hey, I didn't gain on vacation so that's a victory in my books.

B: protein coffee

L & D: TBD, there is nothing in the house, gotta go shopping.

Have a great Mon. So happy to be back!
