Good morning. It's going to heat up again this week. I am not looking forward to that. I am finally going to make it grocery shopping today. I am also going to JC Pennys to look for a new swimsuit for water aerobics.

QOTD- My husband and I are going to go camping at the coast the weekend of the 25th. It is an early anniversary trip. I am looking forward to hiking at the coast and just being together. I always say that time is the greatest gift we can give one another.

Menu for the day-

2 eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese

chicken kabob

something on the grill. My son in law is coming home today, he has been gone the past 3 1/2 weeks with National Guard.

Good Morning! Thanks for getting us started out. How is your toe healing up? Nothing too exciting this weekend, just typical prep for the week and of course getting Em ready for her first day of high school today. She doesn't seem too worried or anxious so I think going to summer school on the campus was good for her. She did get into the theater elective so she is happy to see what that entails and we will put up the clarinet for now.

QOTD: Ahhh...Fall- I can't wait. We don't have anything planned aside from doing a small house-warming BBQ on Labor Day weekend.

Time since surgery: 4 years

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Krave beef stick, carbmaster cottage cheese, and iced latte bar

D:3 oz grilled steak, mashed cauliflower with butter and shredded cheddar cheese, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

She will. It takes a village to put on productions. My son started in the trenches. This year (sr) he'll be the stage manager. That's 2 months he won't be around.

Before this he was a swim boy year around. It's much easier to be a theater mom. Only one meal for the group during rehearsals. I always aim to be the best mom because I am competitive in weird ways.

I'm happy for your daughter..big changes await!

Good morning! How does Monday roll around so quickly??? This weekend saw some changes to plans, but ended up being good changes. However my eating was not good. Both Saturday and Sunday I had twice what I should have. Yikes!

QOTD DH and I have a trip planned to stay in a cabin in a Virginia state park for labor day. Since we will be traveling north, hoping the weather is a bit cooler than here in SC. I'm so ready for autumn!

Yesterday cals 1141, protein 95, carbs 44, fat 63. Today got to reel it back in. B 1st tea with half and half then square of egg breakfast casserole. L tuna salad. D runza filling without the bread. Snacks deli fresh chicken and lowfat cottage cheese.
