I could have used a good math teacher when my youngest was in high school and I didn't know any then. Now I know three! Good teachers who make learning fun are so important. My son has learning issues because of his epilepsy and his high school math teacher and I went round and round for 4 years--mainly because he was lazy and wanted the kids to teach themselves. I think he was really only there to be a football coach! My happiest day was when he was finished with math classes there.

happy birthday!!

Why is the loss sooo slow and hard!!!

I had a very bad year from January till current and gained a bit of weight which with weight lifting made me gain a bit more off the bat. now the inches are coming off but scale is very very slow to move. so im losing fat which is awesome but would like to see some movement in the scale but it doesn't want to cooperate, so my choice is to keep plugging along because I can't go down the super restrictive path anymore as it causes more issues.

That is so hard; at least mentally you understand what is happening so you can argue with the emotions of your brain that just wants the scale to move. Hang in there; seems like you are doing all the "right" things for health, if not scale movement!

Thanks!! It is definitely harder than it was the first year!! I also do not go down a super restrictive path. That does not work for me, either.
