What's on your Phot Friday Menu RNY'ers?
Love the outfits,Peach! And good for you for kicking those carbs to the curb! I know that's a battle for me every single day too. Lily and I have our 4 miles done and will do at least another mile after supper. Accountability was great yesterday with 10,102 steps and no extra bites. Post op 5 years 11 months and weight still up at 120.4. Ick! QOTD last straw was going on insulin for my diabetes. Both of my parents died before they were 70 from complications of diabetes so I knew exactly where I was headed! Heres the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz pulled pork 1/2 c green beans D 4 oz smoked sausage 1/2 c steamed carrots S 5 oz cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar added strawberry jam. Have a great day all. Pics are a before and after shot.

I'm glad it wasn't the CNS issue but sorry that you both are going to still have to work through things; hopefully at least knowing what it is helps with a bit of the stress!

Good news that it isn't what was feared. I hope that your DW 's disease progression will be halted and perhaps even reversed, and that she will be ready to make whatever changes will be necessary to get healthier. I know this has been extremely stressful for you, and with your toe, exercise, normally your go-to de-stresser, must be limited. Take care of yourself, he gentle and kind to yourself, stretch and breathe! As my mom always said, "this too shall pass". We are thinking of you.
I know you have worried about DW's weight and she has been resistant to WLS. Hopefully she will choose a path which will improve her health. It is not easy to wait for her to arrive at her own conclusions though.
