I just had the broccoli. It was decent but nothing to write home about in my opinion. If you have had dried kale it was very similar. Good if you need a "crunch" though.

Good to know, thanks for the review! I have tried the nacho flavored kale chips and they were interesting, but not for me. I see tons of people with the seaweed snacks and I wonder if they are worth trying, I'm on the fence about those.

Good morning! Had my 3 month follow up and saw the ct image of my hernia repair. Definitely full of fluid. The image looked like a kangaroo pouch, lol. But the scan showed the repair is holding. The mesh should dissolve within another 3 months or so the dr said. We discussed doing a needle aspiration to drain the fluid, but I think I'm just going to wait it out. I really don't want to run the risk of maybe introducing an infection. So I will continue to walk around looking pregnant, lol.

QOTD I think I've always treated myself well, but I have noticed I'm wearing more makeup lately. Like blush and eye shadow whereas before it was foundation, eye liner and mascara. I'm to the point now where I have to get some smaller clothes but I've never liked buying clothes probably because they didn't fit properly, etc. So this may be a new way to pay myself on the back.

Yesterday cals 876, protein 114, carbs 41, fat 24. Today B 1st tea with half and half then a carb balance tortilla with 1 tb peanut butter. L chicken breast. D TBD, church meeting with dinner provided, but will make a good choice. Snacks almonds, light babybel.

QOTD: Self-love is a really difficult thing for me. I have spent so much time hating myself it is really hard to let that go. I've always been my own worst critic. But I do get my nails done and I'm having a pedicure today, and I also get may hair colored. If I can learn anything it would be to not be so hard on myself.

Those gummy bears somehow found there way into my stomach last night. Was over on calories yesterday 1200, 93 protein, 20 fat, 111 carbs. Today is another day.

It's supposed to be 97 today but cooling to 87 tomorrow, and possible rain on Saturday which would be a good thing.
