What's on your Wednesday Menu RNY'ers?
I've seen the rollers but don't know what they are for.

Oh, I have a love/hate relationship with the foam rollers. They are used for stretching/working out muscles. I have one tight IT band and have been known to cry rolling it out, but afterwards it feels so foood. I like mine for spinal stretches too - just Layback with it aligned to your spine from tailbone to skull and relax; it helps stretch out the muscles that get contracted typing on your laptop/phone all day!

I'm considering picking up a pair of the trigger point balls we use in my pilates restore class and see if they still work out the kinks but without the tears, lol
