What's on your Monday Menu RNY'ers?
Good Morning Peach and Menu Family!
Thanks so much for starting us off in the mornings, Peach! I can do Tues & Thurs mornings if no one else wants to start it. I'm usually up early.
I cooked lunch for Saralisa and her new boyfriend yesterday! I made a pot roast with potatoes, carrots & onions in it, a squash & tomato dish Saralisa likes and cantaloupe. Also had dinner rolls, but no one ate any. I think the dinner went well. I was nervous because I rarely cook.
QOTD: Oh Lordy! I have a whole tote full of vitamins and supplements! I take a Walmart brand multi-vitamin and mineral in the morning, calcium citrate during the day and at night, Vit. C, B complex, Vit E, Vit D3, Glucosomine Chondroitin, Fish Oil, hair, skin & nails, biotin, B-12, Potassium, Magnesium, Probiotics, Selenium, CoQ10, vision formula, L-Carnitine and L-Tryptophan all at bedtime. Cost, oh my, I hate to imagine!

Yes, he's a very nice, local boy who was one year behind Saralisa in high school. His name is Ryan. He sings in his church's Praise band and he and Saralisa seem to have a lot in common. They have both said they want to "take things slow" so he hasn't even kissed her yet, but they hold hands and have gone out several times and they text to each other all the time! He is Saralisa's first ever boyfriend, so I'm glad they are taking it slow. I'd much rather have it that way than a guy who pushes her too fast. He likes our dogs and has even seen our messy house and didn't run away screaming so I think he's a "keeper"! Ha Ha!
Good morning,
Already got an oil change this morning. Have to be to work in an hour.
Yesterday I ended going to my brothers church picnic for dinner and brought home a plate of desserts. Also had a couple alcoholic drinks.
Qotd I get my calcium citrate on amazon for 25.00 for two big bottles. I get my b12, vitamin d and vitamin a at Puritan pride, I usually hit it when it's buy 2 get three free. The vitamin a I have to buy more frequently since I take two a day. It's 12 for vitamin a and probably buy every 3-4 months. The vitamin d I have enough for over a year. Vitamin b12 probably every 6 months for 5-6 dollars I buy my multivitamin at Sams club for 15.00 it last me quite awhile. Iron and vitamin c I get at Meijer, I usually try to buy it when it's buy one and get one free but last time it was buy one get one for a dollar, usually spend 10-12 for both every couple months.
B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and pork and beans
L tuna, cottage cheese and baby carrots
D not sure, support group
Have a good day
Good Morning! Thanks for starting us off. Being on the West Coast makes it hard for me to start up, even though I am up early I don't like posting from my phone (much easier from the computer).

I get my calcium citrate tablets at Costco but the rest I mostly get at Walmart. Honesty, most days I don't miss taking them as it's just part of my routine now.
