Good morning Peachpie, thanks for starting us off. And yes kudos to JB for keeping it going so long.

QOTD: I have been using the Multivitamin Patch for about 2 ½ years. The only thing I have come up short on is Thiamine. So I do take a separate thiamine which is cheap. Actually since the ASMBS changed their vitamin guidelines a year ago, my Bariatric office suggests everyone take a separate thiamine. Since I wear them overnight I keep a backup bottle of Centrum... so if I realize in the morning I forgot to put it on, I'll take 2 Centrum.

I love the calcium patch. So much easier than remembering to separate things. Been taking 2 years and T-score has gone up on bone scan.

I wear the patches overnight and on my chest. Don't know if wearing them in a less fatty area if the body helps with absorption. Started with overnight because I like to swim.

I take Vitamin Shoppe liquid Vitamin D drops. Which has brought my D up between that and what's in the patches for the first time in 20 years.

Ezmelt iron 3tabs x 2 with 500mg Vit C. Trader Joe's sublingual B-12 x 2. KAL magnesium Glycinate 2tabs x2.

Not a Vitamin but a daily: 2 scoops Miralax in my coffee.

B:fairlife latte, protein overnight oats

L: Buffalo chicken salad on Wasa, carrots

D: chicken tikki masala, cauliflower rice

S: protein powder, Greek yogurt, cantaloupe

ex: gym, swim, possibly yoga class

In the summer daytime doesn't work for me with swimming so I just stick to the same routine year round. I put it on my chest so I see them and don't forget to take them off.

Good morning menu friends! Lily and I have our 4 miles in already and will do 1 more after supper. QOTD I take 2 Walmart brand complete multis,6 walmart brand calcium citrate in 3 doses,a sublinqual 500 mcq b12(nature made),a 5000 mg dry D3,and a Vitron c iron with an extra 500 mg of nature made Vitamin C. I remember to take them 99.9 percent of the time. My surgeon wants us to take bariatric vitamins and buy them from them. I bought one bottle because they made us. They always comment on how good my labs are--and I just smile! Post op 5 years 11 months and weight at 119.6 today. Accountability fair with no extra bites but only 9122 steps so a bit short of goal. Heres food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese 3pepper strips D 4 oz pork patty 1/2 c broccoli S 1 sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day full of best choices everyone! Time to make some coffee now!

Good morning Peach! Thanks for doing this - JB has a lot on her plate these days!

It is already 80 at 8:30 am and the air is like pea soup here. It is supposed to be well up in the nineties today. There will be swimming involved at some point because I just can't stay in AC all day (I need outside air even if hot and humid).

QOTD: I take a Bariatric Advantage multi with iron (3 capsules a day), plus Bariatric Advantage calcium citrate chewables (3 a day). They are expensive but convenient. However, I may change to Celebrate. They are a *****eaper, but also BA keeps messing up my shipping address. I had changed it to Florida while there, but changed it back to Cape Cod when I returned home. They keep shipping it to Florida even though neither I nor they can see it as the shipping address on my account (it says Cape Cod). They say it is a "computer glitch ". For the last 2 shipments I've had to call 3-4 times to get them to finally ship it here. So annoying! I could just close the old account and start a new one, but I will have to change my shipping address each winter. I don't want to have the same problem again. I set a reminder on my phone and advance it by two hours each time I take a vitamin/calcium to keep them separated. And of course the coffee has to be separated from the multi with iron.

2 Years, 4 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 20 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Leftover chicken or halibut

S: Siggis yogurt

REPORT ON IP COTTAGE CHEESE: It was super easy to make but the result was a little weird, though it tastes great. I'm going to have to make modifications, as it turned out more like ricotta then cottage cheese. I'm going to make it again later today (if I have time) with the following changes: Fat-free milk with cream added afterwards instead of starting with 2% milk. I need to barely stir in the vinegar (I stirred like crazy which is probably why it got to be more like ricotta). Once I get this working well, I will share my final version of a recipe.

I forgot to include my vitamin cost: About $50 a month. Yikes, but it makes it easy for me. BTW, my surgeon has VSG patients on the same regiment as RNY.
