What's on your Sunday menu RNYers?
OMG - a stroke at 32! With his youth hopefully he will recuperate quickly but I hope this was a fluke and won't recur? At least he knows who to explore it with.

His heart condition does make stroke a risk, so it wouldn't be completely shocking if he does have another one at some point, but it was shocking that he had one now. Despite the heart condition, he does keep fairly healthy (at least, he exercises and eats well for a busy new doctor still earning his chops)

Good morning!! Im up quietly enjoying my coffee to the beautiful sounds of my son snoring! We had a wonderful day yesterday. I slept like a baby last night and all is right in my world! Today we are going to see Ant man and Wasp so I will be all caught up Marvel-movie-wise and to Dave and Busters for some food and fun!
QOTD- Im not really an entertainer... I can if I need to be and do pull it off beautifully but it is really not something I enjoy.
Accountability- great! I can barely chew so I hardly ate. I did pick up a bunch of yogurt and cheese and will continue to eat soft and light. Im not even hungry which is helps. I have an orthodontic appt this week, but I already know my issue is just part of the process and will be for the foreseeable future.
20 mo post op - no scale - I dont like not knowing!
b coffee x 4, yogurt

He's doing great! He is off crutches, been upgraded to more intense PT, is on light duty work (now clerking for a Staff Sergeant), he is Squad Leader and his rehab was extended/approved until he is fit for duty (so no medical separation) another month or 2 probably. He is so over it and just wants to move on.
