What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
hahahahaha always with the deals!!! The latest is a new to me Harvey's mercedes purse. It is a limited edition seatbelt bag made from mercedes seatbelts. wahoo- came last night.
ok so not prepared for today. power went out about 3 am or so- still no power so I had to haul %#$# to dunkin donuts. forgot the protein bar also- BUT i did buy 4 ostrim sticks last night at gnc- and have 2 left in my purse plus a protein shake for the coffee as creamer. I threw on gym clothes so once the power is restored, will use lunch hour to work out and go home. at least that is the plan.
another drop on the scale and I took my first kickboxing class last night- kicked my butt.
Julia- you need to eat - for me bad things happen when that happens and it is usually overeating...
Food for today
coffee/ protein creamer
water
coffee
2 ostrim sticks
hmmmm not sure on the rest!
Weekend plans- getting passport pic for my renewal.
Yeah for kickboxing! It is tough stuff, but really fun! Good cardio and resistance too!

Good morning! Well, it's the 2nd day in a row I've donated blood on the way to work. Stinking mosquitos. I swear, if I get a papercut, mosquito saliva will come out instead.
Menu: B: 1/2 cup ff greek yogurt, with 1/2 cup of strawberries/blueberries and Vector. Sipping a coffee soon after.
MS/AS: Cottage cheese, 1/2 cup, and tuna.
L: Chili
S: Unknown, but probably just a decaf coffee. I'm taking a relative to the airport so I'm driving.
ES: Maybe a stop at a grocery store for a meat/cheese to-go thing, but likely just decaf it on the drive home.
QOTD: I found a pair of Birkenstock sandals that looked almost brand new at a local thrift shop for $14.99. I snagged them up pretty quick. That was a steal. Also found a Sorel down-filled parka for last winter for $74.99. I checked it online and it retailed for $600 so I grabbed it too. It might be too much coat though, for the typical SW Ontario winters. I wore it a couple of times and it was too hot. I find good deals in drum gear once in a while, but nothing else really comes to mind.
Pics are just a few from my recent vacation. The scrabble one is what happens when Grandma leaves her cabin door open for anyone to walk in. LOL
I'm off work after today for 2 weeks, so I don't know how much I'll be on here. Depends if I grab the laptop at home. Catch you on the flip side!
Thanks! That was in Kagawong on Manitoulin island, about 5 minutes from our cabin. It's called Bridal Veil Falls, and it's quite beautiful. I tend to want to be away from people when I'm on vacation, so I tried to take pics that excluded the masses that were there that day. The next day? Not a soul around. Nice spot to go for a swim or hike behind the falls on the trails.
Enjoy your time off!

Thank you! Grandma loved that too, she was still laughing about it that evening. It was my daughter and I that raided the cabin for "snacks" (I may have indulged a bit in their licorice stash, LOL) and left that. My nephew is known for fart humour, and was blamed. Hahaha
There were all sorts of shenanigans that week. What a great time.
