What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
I've not tried the real good pizza (I'll have to look that up) but I would totally recommend the chicken or beef enchiladas to anyone! The numbers are great (per enchilada is 95 calories, 2 g carbs, and 10 g protein). I think they taste good and one enchilada is the perfect size for a meal.

Happy Thursday afternoon! I hope everyone is doing well. I came back a month or so ago and said I was going to keep up with posting but I still haven't!
I vow on Monday to get back into my meal posting routine with you all again!! Things have for sure slowed down here with the weight loss, as I knew it would after month 6, overall I am down 123.2 @ 8 months post op. I "think" I want to lose another 30, but we shall see.
The surgeon gave me percentages to follow 50% (minimal weight loss), 60%( Expected weight loss), 70% (ideal weight loss), and 80%(exceptional weight loss), and I am 4 pounds from the 70%.
