Hi Everyone. I'm just six days post-op so I'm still learning and healing. Today's menu is lemon water, a couple protein shakes and I'll have some broth later. I made dinner for the fam bam the first time since surgery and I didn't have any desire to nibble. I had a job interview today (on the phone, thank goodness), and I head back to work tomorrow. I also got an Amazon delivery of 500 true lemon crystal packets, so I'll be figuring out what to do with all of them!

QOTD: I work for law enforcement, so I know for a fact that I couldn't handle being on the inside. Just nope on so many levels.
