QOTD I sure hope I never find out how to survive. I have always had a fear of doing something unintentionally that would land me in jail, like causing an accident or something that hurt someone. I just dont know if I could stand up for myself to not become someone's target.
Yesterday cals 706, protein 75, carbs 32, fat 29. Today B 1st tea with half and half then a boiled egg. L tuna salad. D TBD. Snacks low fat cottage cheese.

Made it to the gym yesterday and today my arms are sore! Yay. I had such a good time I'm going back this morning.
QOTD: I'd probably shrivel up and die in prison. I'm not a people person so I'm sure I'd just die trying to find someone to hang with me.

Good job at the gym; I love and hate the day after sore feeling. Love because it "proves" i worked, hate because things like brushing my teeth and hair are important, lol.

good morning everyone!
I am hoping this week will go by quickly as I will be going on vacation next week so I feel like that always makes it go slowly. I do have to come in to work on Thursday but the rest of the week I am off...and heading to Galena for our family get together next friday...SO EXCITED!!
QOTD: prison is not a place for me LOL...I mean I avoid confrontation at ALL COSTS but also not good at defending myself if something happens so I hope I never have to find out!
Morning: lots of coffee today! - Story woke up 3 times last night for varying reasons and did NOT want to go back to sleep until I rubbed her back each time. I think sometimes she has bad dreams :(
Breakfast will be my Premier- will have a whole one with my coffee since I am sure before lunch I'll have at least 3 big cups.
L: leftover curry shrimp & squash noodles
S: greek L&F yogurt if needed
D: not sure...DH is off today so hopefully he will find something to cook!

QOTD: I can't imagine myself ever doing anything to warrant being put in jail or prison, but imagining being put in prison by mistake or something is terrifying! I'd try to get through it by being nice to everyone and trying not to get on anyone's bad side.
Accountability: I went to the county fair last night and ate a huge funnel cake with powdered sugar on top! Yikes! 719 calories! So my total calories are super high. Protein - 92, Calories 1,762, Carbs - 187.

L: ham, cheese & tomato on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: Healthy Choice turkey meal

Good Morning! JB, way to get up and tackle the day! Yesterday was a bunch of boo..dealing with a few personnel issues at work and a teen at home- need I say more?!?! I am sure most of you have heard about the fires here in CA, I am thinking of all of those directly impacted-so scary! Where I am, we are getting hit with temps over 100 (26 consecutive days over 100) and we are close enough to the fire near Yosemite to get the smoke/ash in the air and since we are in a valley it just kinda sits here. Looking outside you would think it was going to rain, but it's not clouds its smoke. The air quality is horrible and you just can't be outside much.
Accountability: I added some cheese crisps that I got at Costco over the weekend and a ThinkThin protein bar last night.
QOTD: I think I would have to find a group to help me!

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S:Krave red pepper meat stick, carbmaster cottage cheese and an iced latte bar when I get home.
D: Costco grilled chicken breast strips, mozzarella cheese and Alfredo sauce on top of Trader Joes spiraled carrots, a spinach salad with bacon crumbles and Walden Farms ranch dressing, mixed sliced fruit and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
