What a beautiful family you have!
Also, do you have a recipe for those chicken fingers by chance?

thanks! --yes the recipe was very simple-
I used about 1.5 lbs of chicken breast tenderloins...seasoned w/salt & pepper.
for the egg wash I mixed 2 eggs with about 3 tbsp of olive oil mayo to help it stick better...seasoned with salt/pepper and garlic powder.
then I mixed 1 scoop unflavored isopure powder and seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper (you can season it however you like though)
dip chicken pieces into egg wash, coat in powder and fry in a pan with whatever oil you like. I just used vegetable oil because that's what I have.
the coating browns nicely and gets crispy. I don't think this one will work with baking it though. for that you'd want to use probably coconut flour or almond flour.
it made about 12 chicken strips and I was able to eat about 1 and a half.

JB - Wow!! Sounds like you have a huge challlenge in front of you -- but how exciting will it be when you look back and see what you've done. Good luck with the professional development training scramble!
I kind of checked out this weekend, stayed offline as much as I could, only talked with a few people. Other than working out, I did nothing but read and watch TV. I read three books and also slept 7-8 hours Friday and Saturday which is unheard of for me! It was glorious!
Accountability - I had good stats over the weekend but it was work, I went from STARVING on Thursday to not being hungry at all yesterday. I added in an apple syntrax before bed last night to make sure I hit my protein.
QOTD - I am making myself clean out my DVR before I can add anything new to my viewing schedule so I'm switching between the final 6 episodes of Supernatural, the entire Season 2 of Berlin Station and the new season of Preacher.
b - coffee with half and half, coffee with half a PP
s - blueberry skyr
l - 1.8 oz whisky cheddar, 1.2 oz deli roast beef
d - tillamook cheese square, 2 oz deli pastrami
One of my friends and I are trading off designing exercise circuits - so I'll do 3 sets of her circuit plus treadmill today!
V/l - just realized I forgot to grab my calcium so that's not good but I should be able to get it in at home; I've exceeded my 100 oz liquids all weekend so I feel like I've got that nailed now.
Hope everyone has a marvelous Monday!

That still drives me crazy at 4 years out- how one day you can eat - ALL THE FOOD.... and a couple of days later- meh. Oh I HAVE to eat?
How fun to design eat others circuits for exercise. I feel like it is a surprise all the time what I will get from the trainer. Sometimes I am like- OK...other times I am like- what the heck? Like yesterday rowing 6k.
