What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Great job. Even when I swim frequently, it takes me over an hour to swim 1 mile (36 laps/72 lengths) in the local pool.

Hi all! Posting very, very late today, but hey, I figure better late than not at all!
Wow, JB, you definitely have your work cut out for you. But if anyone can do it, you can!
I had a good weekend! I have started to go through my bursting-at-the-seams closet to see what is still too small, what fits, and what is too big. I have a favorite wrap skirt that I kept waiting to fit into but when I tried it on this morning, I realized that I had waited too long, and I was swimming in it. Luckily it is a true wrap, so I can move the buttons over a bit and hopefully get a little wear out of it yet. I was obese for 9 years and in my head nothing from my pre-obese days should fit yet, but in fact many things are starting to, which is so cool!
QOTD: I'm watching mostly news these days, but I have binge watched all kinds of shows in the past! Time to find a new show to escape into.
First: gigantic mugs of tea
B: London broil with smoked gouda
L: salmon
D: salmon
S: a scant handful of blackberries, with a little SF vanilla syrup and a dollop of plain Greek yogurt (the angels eat this in heaven)
Hope everyone has a lovely evening! Love you all!
YAY! You get to be in charge! You are so going to blow this out of the water! Everyone will be talking because it is the 1st year that that school will be successful. They are all going to want to know how that little lady accomplished all of that. Woo Hoo!
