Of course, another late post!
I did make to the pool on Saturday and Sunday and swam 80 laps each day.
QOTD: I just finished watching over 3 weeks of the Tour De France. I know...It's not Netflix! LOL!
Accountability:I finally all better and I am back to my regular eating plan.
B: 2 eggs, 1/2 turkey sausage serving, 1/2 slice cheese
L: 3oz turkey breast
S: 2 oz turkey breast
D: 4 1/2 oz grilled chicken, 1/2C broccoli rabe
I didn't do MFP yet.
