What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Morning everyone! Ok, I promised that if my stressful work news was public, I'd share it, so here we go... The school I work for is in "turnaround" status (meaning it has historically failed for 10+ years, so we have the autonomy to do things differently). One of the things we do differently is a co-leader model. I am one of those "co"s. We are both new to the school, although he has a lot more experience as a principal than I do. Anyway, last week I started seeing a lot of red **** about my other half. And suddenly? he quit! Apparently his old school district created a promotion for him, so he wanted to go back. But he was very immature about how he went about leaving and made it very weird for me last week.
None of that is the point. The point is--I am all alone to run this school by myself! Ahhhhh! Who put me in charge, anyway? Lol.
The other thing that our school does differently because of our turnaround status is that our teachers have 3 weeks of professional development before kids come back, so guess what? Teachers are back TODAY, and I have to cobble together and run all of his PDs. I am a little stressed to say the least...
Accountability: There were peanut M&Ms... and a bun on my cheeseburger... Back to reality today.
QOTD: What shows have you binge watched lately? Despite being super busy with work this weekend, I found time to watch all of the new season of Orange is the New Black! I didn't love this season nearly as well as the previous ones, but it was still good.
Oh, my goodness JB - I will be thinking about you today and be sending you good vibes. Good Luck!
We had a great long weekend camping. The weather was gorgeous! Today I will be out in the garden and canning later. I have to expand my strawberry bed as well. I have errands to run in town and I want to get to the gym - busy day.
B: PP chocolate shake
S: 1/2 C. strawberries and blueberries
L: turkey, cheese, and tomato melt on 1/2 of a sandwich round
S: a fresh peach from our local orchard
D: turkey with summer veggie medley - zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, onions, a little corn, and garlic
Please ask me if I went to the gym tomorrow - I am having such a difficult time getting there even though I drive by it almost every day!
Have a great Monday!
You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Its getting light later here in Illinois and with the cloudy skies it's still too dark for Lily and I to walk safely so I went ahead and ate my breakfast first instead of after. In a few minutes we'll head out and if we don't have time for all 4 miles we'll add more on if needed after supper for me to get my 10,000 steps in. Accountability was fair no extra bites but didn't get steps in as it rained all day. Lily was a wild lady with no exercise and ran in circles around the camper at breakneck speed before bed--even though it was raining! QOTD recorded episodes of Dr Pol and 77 Sunset Strip. I know weird, right? Post op 5 years 11 months and weight at 119.4 today. Heres the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese roll up 3 baby carrots D 1 better with cheddar braut and 1/2 c green beans S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day full of wise choices everyone! Now time for coffee!
Kisses to Lily and hope she gets out today to run off the energy!
