I don?t blame my parents at all though they were and are cruel. My self worth isn?t based on beauty kindness achievements or talent ( maybe you think I should just die ).

I'm glad you edited your post. Telling someone to die does not belong on this, or any other board.

You should be ashamed of yourself for writing that in the first place!!!

Edit: 3BassettHounds told me that she deactivated because you said she should die. She now says that was not true and I owe you the biggest apology. She lied and I took her at her word. I unreservedly apologise for this post.

I hope you're proud of yourself. Telling someone you hope they die, and getting them to deactivate. That's jyst disgraceful.

And then editing your post in the aftermath to try and make it seem like you did nothing wrong.

This comes on the heels of many people who were posting about poor misunderstood Ava. I hope those people see this and can have a better understanding of just how ****** up you really are.

Mean and hateful.

Hey everybody!! So I did my race this morning-- no medal, but I came I'm in under the time I estimated for myself, so I'm happy! It claims to be a 5-mile run, but my watch said it was 5.25 miles. I finished in 53 minutes. I want to eat ALL the carbs for the rest of the day. Hell, I already blew them with a post race banana and 1/2 soft pretzel. No other plans for the day.

Qotd: With having over 6 years of Spanish from middle school through college- I can speak quiet a bit-- but I never feel confident around anyone with a native tongue. They speak too fast- and use slang. My son is taking Italian in school- I'm amazed at the similarities to Spanish.

213.5 today, 3.3 years out

m1: banana & 1/2 pretzel

m2: Greek yogurt and berries

m3: turkey burger, cheese and pickles

m4: hot dog

here is a pic hubby took as I finished this morning

This is awesome. Just the fact of running is amazing. Especially in summer.

You should be so proud of yourself to even just do it and finish.

Popping back in to finish my post...

QOTD: I took 6 years of French in HS & College and can read somewhat, but honestly, couldn't speak it to save my life. I took a year of Spanish in HS and have done enough self study to read some. We live in a very Hispanic area and I wish that I was fluent. It would help greatly. DW has gotten back into studying but I just haven't yet.

Trader Joe's run...check! Target for a gym lock...check! Running donations to library...meh! Hour of kickboxing class including sweating my @$$ off...check! 3 sets of 30 second planks (not including the ones in class)...check! No wonder I'm tired! Now to rest and get some lunch and then to start working on transforming our sunroom into a gym space. It has been where I do my garden starting and storage area since we don't have a basement but it is time to make it into a useful space.

Menu:

Breakfast: we went out and I had 3 slices of turkey bacon, egg beats w/ spinach & sundried tomatoes & strawberries

Snack: mini muffin (not the best choice but very yummy)

Post kickboxing: 32 oz of PowerAde Zero & iced coffee with Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino protein shake

Late lunch: 3 oz ham, steamed zucchini

Dinner: 4 oz. steak, veg

Snack: blueberries, 10 almonds

Exercise: kickboxing!
