hi all

no pics for me- so not motivated for it plus don't really have anything good. something i have been eating has caused tremendous gas the last 2 days. I'm thinking it is heavy whipping cream or chia? not sure, anyway it needs to stop. I didn't go to the gym yesterday but instead cleaned the upstairs bathroom and vacuumed the bedroom, worked in kitchen and living room instead. I AM going today. ok- found something to share but it will probably be booted because of a link: it is our county sheriff's office lip sync challenge for domestic violence. sitting here crying as I watch it. It is graphic so fyi.

Morning RNY'ers! Been a while since I got in on photo Friday. I'm off today- just taking a chill day with my kiddo. We have dentist appointments this am- and hopefully water delivery will happen fast so we can go out to breakfast. I'd love to get a pedicure too- before the after work crowd crowds the salon. Tomorrow I'm doing a 5 mile charity run-- would be nice if I recalled the charity it's for. I've randomly decided I want a medal-- so the quest begins to finds a race that will yield me one.

Qotd: I live about 3 hours away from my hometown of Amityville, Long Island. That that was suburban living, now I'm in the heart of a city. I wish I had family closer- we are all over the east coast. I don't desire to move back there-- but am over city living.

Today's pic is from I finished my run streak in July.

JB, you were beautiful before and are still beautiful!

I too had squirrel cheeks and I think I looked a lot older.

QOTD: I mostly grew up in Natick Massachusetts though I was born and lived my first years in Pennsylvania. I live about an hour and 15 minutes from Natick (when there is no traffic). My best friend who used to live in my neighborhood only lives about 15 minutes from me now and her twin sister is essentially around the corner!

2 Years, 4 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 20 months)

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Crab cake appetizer (out to dinner, but already checked out the menu)

Thank you Karen. A little PS definitely helped. When I went from chubby cheeks to having jowls and a turkey neck, it just wasn't a good look... I hated that more than my tummy skin (because I couldn't hide it).
