What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?

Thank you so much for your input! Our plan is to just stay at the resort. Seems to be plenty things to do there and we are pretty much just looking to relax more than seek any real adventures. lol And I think from what you have said and a few reviews I have read is it is best to stay near pools, ocean or air conditioned room
Great pics, JB! So glad it's Friday. My tub buddy at work have declared it a "no work Friday!" We'll see how long we can make that last, lol.

Mornin'!
I'm in a hotel room in the Chicago suburbs. I'm meeting up with a cousin in a couple of hours to go for coffee and then a memorial service for another cousin (actually, my dad's cousin) - then I'm off to Ohio to see a high school friend for a few days.
accountability - I don't think I'll ever put a whole avocado in a protein shake again, but I'm thinking I'll start putting in half of one (instead of my usual 1/4). I put it all in there yesterday just because I knew my husband would never eat the other half, but I gotta say that shake kept me full...almost uncomfortably so...ALL DAY LONG (I had to sip on it throughout the day because it was so damn filling!). As long as I can work 1/2 avocado into my daily calories, I'm going to do it - that thing yesterday was like magic! Anyway, it was a good day calorie-wise yesterday. YAY!
QOTD: I grew up mostly in northeastern Ohio (Cleveland and some of the surrounding counties), but we moved to North Carolina when I was 16. I currently live 500 miles (eight hours) from where I lived in Ohio, and around 1000 miles (16 hours) from NC. However, my brother is the only one left in NC. My mom and sister both live in Wisconsin now (they followed me there - albeit years later). We all live within about a 10-mile radius of each other - it's great! Now, to get bro to come up there...(will probably never happen, though!)
3 years 1 month out:
B1: Unjury RTD protein shake (these are new and really aren't too bad. I got them for traveling and my upcoming surgery)
B2: Fage plain yogurt, raspberries
MS: coffee with half & half
L: we're having lunch at a German restaurant right after the service (all the attendees...). I think I'll have the turkey avocado sandwich, even though that doesn't sound German AT ALL. But a lot of that food is pretty heavy. This sandwich sounds do-able.
AS: maybe another protein shake - or half a protein bar
D: ?? something safe. I have several protein bars with me, but that isn't sounding appealing AT ALL right now. I want mostly real food today. Maybe I'll stop at a Panera Bread for some black bean soup (also super filling!)
I bought a bag of frozen avocado chunks at BJs one time, I keep forgetting to use them, maybe I need to start putting them in shakes.
