Will do. It's the same surgeon who did my lipectomy last year. At that time we had talked about a breast lift but I wanted to see how everything worked out with the first surgery. Two weeks will fly by!

I'm going to pass for now. Just a lift would leave me pretty small/flat and I don't like the idea of having to "exchange" in 10-12 years. I'm content with how things are. I at least know my options now though.

hellooo everyone.

I have been slacking on my workouts lately and I need to smack myself in the face and say "get it together Amber!" I need to get back to it...I don't even have any excuses besides I just don't feel like it...I know I don't really enjoy it til I am done, but once I do it, I feel great...and as long as I keep the momentum up usually it makes me want to do it again the next day--I've just not done any planned exercise since last Thursday :O
A week is way too long. I vow to get on that elliptical and go for at least 45 minutes tonight! then weights!

QOTD: of course I was obsessed with NKOTB when I was a kid and Jordan was my favorite...I still have my NKOTB dolls in my chest of old Barbies that I kept for Story. LOL...she plays with them!
I also have had a long time obsession with Jeff Goldblum. Many people do not understand, but there's just something about him I find incredibly sexy (especially in Independence day?). There was a period of time in my early 20's that I looked up every movie he had ever been in (I think there were about 58 of them at that time) and I rented every one of them they had at my local video store! LOL. My friends still tease me about it...someone just found a photo of a giant float balloon of him and tagged me on FB. I still love him but not quite as obsessed as I used to be.

Morning all, happy Thursday!

JB, that meme cracked me up! I too am waiting!

Stayed up until 4 working - I was lazy over the past few days, now paying the price. Catching up, though.

The lab I walk with is on vacation elsewhere, and I didn't walk yesterday. I did do the exercises i do at home, but today I really have to go around the lake at least once! I would like to try a Pilates class if I can find one for rank beginners nearby. I like the idea of a longer, leaner, in-shape body! Pilates supposedly can make you taller with a long, lean, ballet-like musculature. Surely this must be a matter of improved posture rather than actual longer/taller bones, but regardless, I like the idea!

QOTD: I've never been a super fan except for when I was a kid and my friend and I pretended that our Barbies had relationships with two of The Beatles. Her Barbie had these flowery, gushy, super romantic adventures with Paul McCartney, leading to an engagement, marriage, a baby, and a pretty, big house. My Barbie was an artist who lived in NYC and who had a strangely contrarian relationship with George Harrison which definitely didn't lead to marriage. I really don't know where all that came from!

First: I think today I'll go for coffee to begin the day!

Good morning,

I think I need to put on my new tennis shoes today, my feet has been aching lately. I think my shoes are 5 months old but I've done a lot of walking in them.

I ate mostly on plan yesterday, I had some cottage cheese and pineapple at work. Dinner wasn't really planned but I had tuna, cottage cheese and California blend vegetable. I went to bed early last night.

L tuna, cottage cheese and baby carrots

D going to a Mexican restaurant, never been there.

Mornin' All!

I need to get some things done and get ready for my trip, so I'll come back tonight when I'm at the hotel and read through all the postings...

accountability was OK yesterday. I started binging on frozen protein pudding pops around 5:00 pm yesterday (four of them - yikes!), but I skipped my planned dinner so I ended up the day OK calorie-wise for the day - but....ugh. I wish I hadn't done that. I guess it's good I was able to stop it before it became a disaster, though...

so off to Chicago today - then from there I leave for Ohio tomorrow afternoon. I'll probably be back Tuesday night - and then I get to start prepping for my surgery - YAY! I know this will be a tough recovery, but I'll be so glad when this excess skin is GONE!

3 years 1 month out:

B: Greek yogurt, peach, raspberries (I ate more than my usual amount of Greek yogurt because my husband won't eat it while I'm gone. Why do I do this? I could just throw out any that goes bad - although it might even not go bad because i won't be gone all that long!!!)

MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein shake

L: may not need any because I put a whole freakin avocado in my protein shake (rather than just my usual 2 T of avocado). It might go bad while I'm gone, you know (ARRGGH!). That's OK- I'll just sip on it all day rather gulp it all down at 10:00 am. It should keep me full ALL DAY LONG)

D: I'll be at the hotel. Hopefully they'll be a Middle Eastern take-out place near by - if so, I'll get a chicken kabob. I'm also taking protein bars with me for "emergencies", so that'll work in a pinch...
