Good morning! Once I finish my usual morning tasks, I have a group of newbies I'll be training until afternoon, so I'll be busy!

qotd: I was super obsessed with Nsync and knew absolutely everything about them and still follow the guys on twitter lol. I don't think I've been as obsessed as that since my teen years, but I do follow people on Twitter that I like. Especially musicians. I feel like having that little glimpse into their lives makes their music more relatable to me. My favorite is Johannes Eckerstrom from the Swedish metal band, Avatar. On stage, they are wearing clown/circus show makeup and have an aggressive "screamo" metal sound. But off stage, he is the absolute most normal guy, kind of nerdy even, and is a substitute elementary school teacher. Which he still does when he's not touring. DH and I see them any time they're in the area. We met them a couple times after shows and they're absolutely the nicest guys, but their shows are wild.

Breakfast: coffee and premier

groceries are low so the rest of my eats today will be some combo of a HB egg, yogurt, tuna packet, string cheese, and I brought a jar of my bread and butter pickles to share with my lunch group. And maybe a turkey burger for dinner.

Good Morning! Loving the Friday-eve vibes. I have a short day at work today-heading out to an appt with my plastic surgeon this afternoon. Just "re-exploring" the process of a breast lift-I am not sure where this will lead so going in open-minded.

Accountability: I added a granola bar thing (Em has these new coconut butter biscuit things made by Nature Valley in the cupboard) and a banana

QOTD: Nope, not that I can think of.

Time since surgery: 3 years 11 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Pork rinds, Carbmaster cottage cheese, protein water sipped on throughout the day and an iced latte bar when I get home.

D: Buddig turkey, low carb pita, spinach salad with crumbled Bleu cheese, pecans and skinnygirl balsamic vinaigrette dressing (Walmart was out of my raspberry kind), a small peach, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1277 Protein:129 Carbs:89 Fat:55

Have a great one!

I had to order the raspberry online because my Walmart doesn't carry it anymore. I like them all, but raspberry is my fav!

I made a special run to Walmart last weekend and picked up the Raspberry and Balsamic. I'm excited to try them. Not sure why they are SO expensive on Amazon, where I order everything else!

I looked on Amazon first and thought that price was insane! I have found that for a few different products lately. I ended up ordering direct from Walmart and paid $1.99 each. It came the next day.

Enjoy!
