I am FB friends with several people who LOVE him, so I am always up on his news...lol! Personally, from what I know, he is a great guy, I really don't like his genre, so I don't follow him myself.

Good Morning All,

I'm up later this morning. I went to set up my classroom yesterday and last night I was so achy from pushing furniture I couldn't sleep. Finally took a Tylenol PM and it knocked me out. I feel good today.

Tonight we are taking my parents out for their anniversary dinner. It was supposed to be two weeks ago but the services for my cousin were taking place so we postponed it. I checked out the menu for good options, looks like I'll be having scallops!

We are camping again this weekend. It's not supposed to rain.

QOTD: I have never been into following anyone famous. They don't live in a reality.

B: PP shake

L: BLT lettuce wrap

D: scallops

Have a wonderful weekend!

We are going to a KOA near DC this weekend. I forget the exact name.

Not the place on Cherry Hill Road? I pass that on my way to Trader Joe's each week since I also stop at PetSmart.

Good morning!

qotd: Whenever I reach a threshold of superfangirldom, I can usually read that person's bio and wind up cured! (Prime example-- John Taylor, Duran Duran, who I adored since age 9). The exception to that, so far, is Felicia Day-- her bio was great, and she's likeable in theory AND on first-person audiobook.

B: My coworker gave me a huge homegrown cucumber. I used it as "bread" on turkey lunch meat and cheese. Kind of messy, driving, but good!

L: the last leftover low carb stuffed pepper

D: leftover spaghetti squash/sausage/cheese bake

S: maybe. Clear premiere protein, if wanted/needed

i need to ditch my Smartypants gummy vitamins and find tablet vitamins that don't mess with me. I bought a couple kinds that will be here tomorrow. The gummies are killing my macro balance! And adding carbs I don't need. Those bariatric advantage calcium chews are also not a great thing, as far as carbs, but one thing at a time.

so, my haital hernia (or so I thought) was entered as diaphragmatic hernia. What the heck is that?! I see my actual bariatric surgeon to discuss options tomorrow.

still working out 6 days a week, doing great and increasing my weight already! Been losing and finding the same weight all month! Ugh! But I feel better. And I need to measure, because I feel like my clothes at least fit bett

Lesson Learned: It is NO easier for me to lose regain, once it occurs.

A hiatal hernia is a type of diaphragmatic hernia -- diaphragmatic is just a more generic term for the hole/weakness in your diaphragm that allows organs to slip through.

Good morning! I can't believe it is almost the end of July. The summer is flying by!

I made instant pot yogurt yesterday for the first time (easy recipe with Fairlife milk so not boiling needed). It is pretty tasty!

QOTD: I followed some music stars and was in fan clubs when I was a teen. This will really date me: The individual I remember being most enamored with and reading everything about was Davy Jones of the Monkees. In contrast, I also was intrigued with Marie Curie and read a lot about her in that same time frame as well after reading a biography.

Accountability: Really good, after a less than stellar long weekend, so I'm glad about that!

2 Years, 4 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 20 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Leftover veal parmigiana (last of 3 meals)

S: home-made yogurt

OMG, Liz, I was hung up on Davy Jones and the Monkees when I was a pre-teen, too! We're like twins!
