hi all

I worked yesterday, took a nap. we then went to trivia. I ordered meatballs and marinara and ate toppings off a pizza slice. we didn't get home till late and didn't win but it was fun. we will go next week also i think.

tummy is a little icky this morning probably from the dairy and scale is a bit up also.

gym tonight but not sure which town I will go to.

Food for today:

leftover pork chop

protein pancake with yogurt

dinner is ? DH will be at his fathers and so he will probably get a burger when out unless he packs something which he will not do.

QOTD: I loved adam ant for a time period and b-52's. also loved the soundtrack from clueless and the commitments movie. loved NKOTB like every other girl and joey was my favorite.

Love the meme, if that was mine it would say "Do what you love & money will follow, ate chocolate, drank coffee, watched Netflix in my PJs and took a 5 hour nap and took too many selfies with my dogs." LOL

Accountability: I was so good all day, I resisted the siren song of sugar & carbs and then all the sudden at midnight (yes I have killer Insomnia) some Fudgee-o cookies jumped in my mouth! I should have just taken myself to bed and stayed far away from the kitchen, will do that tonight.

QOTD: For years I have had a love affair (in my mind) with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. I think he is gorgeous, funny, and such an all around great guy. Wouldn't say I am "obsessed" with him but I do love his movies and hearing about all his kids etc.

4.8 yrs post RNY - eats today are exactly the same as yesterday, the menu worked so doing it again

B: 2 PP used a creamer in my decaf coffee all day

L: can of tuna with balsamic

S: 1/2 a Gala apple

D: one grilled pork chop & mixed greens with balsamic

S: activia yogurt

TOTALS: 747 calories, 110 protein, 34 carbs

V: patches are on, oral B12 sublingual

E: 5km run at the gym & leg work and then 5km with the dogs later in the evening

I know several people that have met Dwayne Johnson and they say he is just as nice as he seems! In fact, he walked one of my friends parents to her car when he found out she was walking to it after dark in a sketchy area.
