Introduction
Hi everyone,
I've been on these boards quite a bit looking for answers to questions and I thought I would say hello. My RNY was on July 10 so I am about two weeks post op. I'm just starting puréed foods and ate a glorious poached egg yesterday. My husband had the same surgery two years ago. We blog together about it at https://infatnessandhealth.wordpress.com. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for all the great advice on here.
Yesterday I made a bit of a Mexican themed purée with puréed chicken, salsa (the juice part), melted cheese and cottage cheese layered like a dip. Yum! Any other favourite purée recipes?
