Thank you. Hopefully I can get in by Thursday! We're supposed to be out of town for a few days so now I have to juggle things around

It's been a couple of years since I've been on OH, but it feels great to get connected again. I'm working on whittling away some regain and getting back to healthy habits.

My morning wasn't on track, so here is what the rest of today will look like:

L: chicken breast, salad with cucumbers, and 1tsp dressing

S: Greek yogurt, apple

D: Italian spiced Chicken breast in a zucchini boat

S: Cheesestick, pear

I love seeing folks come back even though most are from before my time here. It's such a good place to be! So nice to meet you!

Hi everyone,

Just a quick drive by today,

Sorry I've been MIA. Over the weekend I started to feel like crap then on Monday I had a massive headache and was running a 102 degree fever, dizzy, nauseated, had the chills and was under 2 blankets. That lasted until last night when my fever broke slightly. Today feeling a little better, my temp is back to normal, slight headache but sweating like a pig. Someone suggested to me that it might be lyme disease. Since i'm continuing to improve I'm holding off on the doctor for now. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

I haven't eaten much with the exception of a few bites of meat hear and there and lots of water. I did have 1/2 a nectarine and a couple bites of beef this morning to bring up my blood sugar. It was down to 55. I think with all the water and not much protein is why it dropped so low.

Enjoy the rest of your day everybody!
