How many calories do you suggest ?
I recognize that name! Good to see you back and posting.
Anything under 1000 calories/day seems plenty low to me, but I know there are some here who gain if they go above eight or nine hundred. We used to be advised to multiply our goal weight by 10 to get the calorie count needed to attain that weight. Not sure how that works after WLS though or with possibly altered metabolisms though.
The one thing I do know is that leaning heavily on protein and to some extent fats keeps me satiated much longer than eating a menu that includes a lot of processed carbs. You've easily got that covered, what you're eating looks similar to what I did to lose my two big (50-60+ pound) regains. For me the hardest part was just slogging through the time it took to take things back off at a pound or two a week.
I'm so glad you came back. There is no shame in regain and there certainly is no shame in working to re-lose those pounds. There is not a doubt in my mind that you'll be successful.
