What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

I don't like sushi in any way, but I used to love raw oysters. I stopped eating them many years ago, though, because I had hepatitis when I was a teenager, and despite enjoying those oysters, I decided the risk of messing up my liver via weird raw oyster parasites was not worth taking. The same risk is there with sushi, but that never tempted me.
QOTD: I hate beets pickled or otherwise, they are my Mom's favorite. Mushrooms except for portobello's. Liver also one of my Mom's favorites I no longer eat meat so not a problem, but the smell grosses me out.
I got up early and walked 2 miles, it's the only time it's relatively cool it's supposed to be in the high 90's again today. It was hard but it felt so good. My intention yesterday was to go to the gym right after work, but I had such a headache I went home instead. Work is stressing me out, too much to do and not enough time. I'm trying to just let it go and not get so stressed. I can only do one thing at a time, so I have a pile and I'll get to it when I get to it.
Yesterday I was 73g protein and 803 calories, not too bad. I'll stay on track today.

Good morning! LOVE Mean Girls! - if it's on, I always end up watching it, if for only a few minutes - such a funny movie, lol. We have been having odd weather here. It's been hot but overcast for the most part and only a few hours of sun. It's killing my summer buzz to be more active! I like my sunny mornings and evenings.
Accountability - good -except for the unplanned protein bar. It had a mess of sugar alcohols and it gave me a terrible stomach ache for hours. My numbers were still good but it was a great reminder that sugar alcohols hate me, so there is that.
QOTD - I can't stand pudding! People think I'm crazy and test me - You mean you don't like chocolate cream pie, creme brulee or eclairs? - Nope. I don't like ANY kind of pudding or custard. Eww. I tried making some protein pudding post op and again, eww. But ice cream - yes!~
20mo post op- 166.6 - aftermath of binge on Sunday -the gift that keeps on giving. I'm also retaining a lot of fluid probably from all the salt.
b- coffee x2, HB eggs
l-turkey meatloaf
d-chicken breast salad with spring mix, tomato, almonds and skinnygirl poppy seed dressing
es- SF popsicles
e- walk
v/l - bumping it up today - I usually average 130 oz per day - so I will add 50+ more

Not a pudding pop fan - it's the texture, there is weird thickness.
