I'm so sorry to hear about your friend and her daughter! Thank God they are alive and will recover! how loving it is of you to spend so much time just being there for them! You are a true friend. I hope that they heal quickly and in short order recover from the emotional trauma of the collision, as well as the physical.

Thank God they are going to be okay! As a Mother hearing your daughter scream and thinking you might lose her is the worst feeling in the world - way worse then contemplating your own death.

AHHH I love Mean Girls too! I am a sucker for a good (or bad) teenage dram-com! haha.

Taco Tuesday tonight for us too! We make them w/turkey instead of beef usually, and DH is going to try making the shells out of cheese that you bake on a silicone mat til crispy...it will be our first experiment with this, so any tips are appreciated!

QOTD: I hate mushrooms. I really want to like them and they always LOOK so good but as soon as I get it in my mouth I gag. there are so many recipes that look so amazing but I just know the taste of the mushroom will ruin it for me!

Last night I had a late night snack of SF pudding and PBfit mixed in...definitely put me over my cals for the day and I came in over 1,000 for the first time I think since surgery.
Today no extra's!

Morning: Coffee w/half caramel PP
B: 1/2 C Cottage cheese & 1 small Kiwi
L: leftover cheeseburger cauliflower "mac"
S: turkey meat sticks if needed
D: Turkey taco w/cheese shell

I love mushrooms! When I was a kid I thought they were a kind of meat. You can give me all of yours!
