What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Ugh, the humidity + heat is so unpleasant; we're 116 today with 33% humidity; it's our "monsoon" season and I usually hope for rain but not at these temps. The good news is my office is as cold as a meat locker and I'm in back to back conference calls there from 7 am to 2....so "yay"?
I have never seen Mean Girls; unless someone else picks the movies, I don't gravitate toward comedies -- not sure why because I like humor, and laughing, and i'm funny, lol.
QOTD - mayo and sour cream -- or anything made with them -- I have never understood how anyone eats them.
Accountability was spot on except for fluids -- I'm supposed to be increasing to 100+ but still struggling with 64; if I can't get there today I think I'm going to have to drop one of my "food meals" and add in a protein water but I'd rather not do that.
Menu:
B - coffee + Premiere
MS - 2 oz deli pastrami
L - Dannon light and fit greek yogurt
AS - licorice spice tea
D - cheddar/sausage/brat thing
Totals: 560 calories, 64 protein, 18 carbs

Do you count your coffee and tea as liquids or jus****er? I don't count my Premier as a liquid, but I do count my Syntrax powder, coffee and tea.

Oh, I meant to tell you, I picked up some Of the syntrax nectars based on your menu - pink grapefruit is my favorite so far!
I don't count the premiere but I do count coffee/tea; initially I was doing it the other way thinking to discount the caffeine but my nutritionist said it was ok but to not count premiere or if I make a non-water based smoothie (which I don't do). I just need to drink more. I looked at my last couple of days and I drink a lot in the morning and less in the afternoon evening so I'm hoping knowledge is power and I can be more consistent!

That is awful! We did get a sudden out of the blue thunder and rain shower but that was before we hit 100 so it was kind of nice. And by out of the blue, I mean people going to the windows to look out because we don't get 9am thunderstorms here!

Just checked. It's 5pm, 80 degrees and 85% humidity. Soup! DC was built on a swamp and summer remembers!

Good morning,
Im having lunch with my dad and stepmom before work. Tonight I have wls support group.
At least I got out of work early yesterday but it made me forget to take my evening calcium before I left for support group.
I did fairly good with my eating yesterday for the choices that was offered.
Qotd only thing I can come up is Brussels sprouts. My mom would make me eat at least one, I detested it. My stepmom made them a certain way and I liked them that way, they didn't have that awful taste.
