What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning all~ I was in a funky mood yesterday. Rob ended up going to the movies with me and he got popcorn, which he never does. No biggie - I ate before, I had my water and my invisalign trays in (no eating) and thought I was safe. Nope. 2 minutes in, I took my invisalign trays off and hit that popcorn - eating about half of the small order. Not the worse thing in the world - 140 carb cals... if it ended there, but it didn't. I went off the rails at home choosing to further snack instead of reel it in and eat a proper dinner. I had a few cheese-its, wheat thins, pretzels, an English muffin, more popcorn and peanuts. I think that was it. I wanted something sweet but I knew I would dump so I didn't go there. I felt grossly full and sick. I went to bed at 7 and finally passed out in a carb coma. All of it, but especially the crackers and pretzels didn't even taste that good - these are foods that used tempt me most of all. The grip is not as tight anymore, at least for now.
QOTD - My alarm goes off at 4:33 am and I snooze 3 times to exactly 5:00 am and get up. I've only been snoozing since I moved in with Rob though - snuggle time! Before that, I always just got up.

I was pretty compliant this weekend. I managed to get over 10,000 steps both days. Went walking early on both days before it got too hot. I forgot how much it makes me feel better. Now I just need to get myself to the gym for lap swimming. I'm planning on going this afternoon.
Was trying to work on my closet and ended up with 4 trips to Home Depot on Saturday, I was too tired after that to work on it. But Sunday I did get it about halfway done. I have shoe shelves that take up too much room so I decided to take them apart, cut the shelves in half and use the brackets and hangers to put them in the closet. I still need to finish the bottom half, but I'm pleased with the results so far.

That is a very cool restructuring of your shoe shelves!

I'm so jealous of your easy-access shoe organization.
I have all my shoes in a giant bin at the bottom of my closet and it's a struggle to find them every time.
I need a bigger closet to put shelves in!

We're supposed to have cooler weather this week.....80s and less humidity. Hope so.
QOTD: No alarm for me. When I was working the alarm was set for 6:00 a.m. Now, I get up when Bernie, my pup, lets me know he wants to get out of his kennel. I'm usually up by 7:30 but don't get dressed for the day until 9:00 a.m.
I fell off the wagon over the weekend and ate some things I really shouldn't eat, but today's a new day and I can get back on track.
Oats
Taco salad
Protein shake
Something with ground beef
Sugar free chocolate dessert I made. Made with SF chocolate pudding, milk & Cool Whip.
