Good morning,

I didn't feel good this weekend. Not sure what was going on, if it was the anticipation of lowering my antidepressant or if my cold is coming back. I know the weather didn't help any, it rained most of the weekend. I feel better today even though I'm a little congested.

I have to be to work at 11 am today. I'm going walking with my friend in a little bit. Taking a friend to a drs appt before I go to work. I'll probably just drop her off and come home.

Qotd it's set for 6:30 and got up by 6:45, which is good for me.

B tuna, cottage cheese and cantaloupe

L not sure, will be eating at work

D not sure, support group night.

Have a good day

Happy Monday everyone! At least I hope it turns out to be a fantastic monday!

I was so exhausted yesterday that once i got home from the airport I only did what was absolutely required and was in bed by 8. It was kind of wonderful! I am back to work today after having been out Wed-Fri -- I'm sure catching up will be fun!

QOTD - my alarm was set for 430 but I woke up about 315 and got up around 345 -- for me the alarm is just a safety net but I can probably count on both hands the number of times it wakes me up a year!

Accountability - my lazy day was spot on protein, calories and carbs wise but I'm still trying to over hydrate given how bad saturday was. Will be shooting for 100+ oz liquid today.

Exercise - pilates this afternoon

B - coffee + Premiere X 3 (for one full premiere shake)

L - Dannon Light & Fit yogurt

D - 2 oz 96% lean ground beef, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 pickle, 5 cherry tomatoes

Totals - 450 calories, 62 protein, 20 carbs

Hope everyone's day is wonderful!

Good morning! Weekend was nice, had vision appt, stalked a couple consignment shops Saturday, church and out to lunch Sunday.

QOTD 5am on weekdays, no alarm on Saturday unless I have somewhere to go, and 7am on Sundays. I don't hit the snooze cuz DH is still getting his beauty sleep. I sorta drag myself to get tea water hot and then do 30 mins of devotion and Bible reading. Then at 5:30, it's a game to see if I can shower, dress and get out the door by 6:30. This morning I boiled eggs and then promptly forgot them. Rats.

Yesterday when I got back from restaurant I think I binged. So numbers are straight up whacked. Cals 1093, protein 181, carbs 82, fat 48. Today B 1st tea with half and half then tuna salad. L not sure since I ate my lunch for B, but support group is today at lunchtime so I'll pick up something. D TBD snacks cottage cheese and chunk chicken.

Good Morning Julia and Menu Family!

Sophie, our new rescue pup, is settling in very nicely with Blossom and Tippy! All three of them play together and she seems really happy in her new forever home!

QOTD: I used to be the WORST at being able to wake up in the morning! I was always getting Saralisa to school late when she was in elementary school. It was so bad that the school threatened to turn me in to Social Services until I explained that I suffered from Depression and a sleep disorder. I simply did not hear .the alarm. I even slept through a tornado once that downed my trees and broke my house windows a few feet away from where I was sleeping! However, NOW for some odd reason I just wake up naturally at 5:30 or 6 am. (Now that I don't have any place I need to be! LOL) So weird!

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 86, Calories - 1,280, Carbs - 160.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana

L: crustless chicken pot pie, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: general tso's spicy chicken, light & fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt

E: walking at least one dog, maybe all 3.

Have a FANTASTIC day everyone!

I think it's age. I always seem to naturally wake up at the crack of dawn. I could not have IMAGINED that as a teen or young adult!

Good Morning

I was at a motorcycle and car show yesterday for 5 hours outside. One of our big fundraisers for the year for the shelter for homeless veterans.

Today is my Four year Surgery Anniversary. I have to say year 4 was rough, physically and mentally. But I am standing. I am not morbidly obese. I am healthier. I can do stuff. I can try stuff. I love exercising and being strong. I have made wonderful friends. I am 12 pounds heavier than Year 3. I am mentally getting over myself in that area too. I have working on fat loss not weight loss. There is a huge difference as I found out...and grateful my change in diet seems to have stopped the significant muscle loss.

B: latte, eggs and cheese

pre-workout: overnight oats, ½ banana

L: grilled chicken and cauliflower 'potato ' salad

D: TBD as this is also birthday Week and maybe going out

S: protein powder, Greek yogurt, peach

ex: gym

ETA:QOTD: Alarm 6:40. Always like when I wake up without.

Summer 2013, before and after strong addition, making friends, and doing new stuff- as in yesterday
