Good morning! It looks like the weather will be less rainy today and tomorrow than originally predicted which is good as we have company. Very humid though! DS is cooking tonight, so that will be enjoyable.

QOTD: No alarms for us old retired folks except when we have an unusually early appointment or are traveling. I usually wake up around 5 though for the first time, doze on and off for a while, and get up between 6 and 7. Today I was out of bed at 6:22, went to the bathroom, weighed, put my yoga clothes on, and took the dog out for his first short walk of the day. Then vitamins and COFFEE!

2 Years, 3.5 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 19.5 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: deli chicken

D: Scallops and risotto (DS cooking for our company)

S: cheese, maybe shrimp?

Good morning! I love how you pre-populate your food diary. I need to start doing that. It seems like it would help with staying accountable.

QoTD: Wakeup: 4:45AM (first alarm, no snooze). Out the door: 6:00AM. My husband has a training class this week, and him waking up the same time as me threw my morning off. So, I didn't grab my breakfast/lunch... or my computer mouse. And I'm hungry. And mouse-handicapped. And I walk into work and-- ACK!-- there are donuts and cookies sitting out. I got my coffee and ran. Thank goodness I have those bulletproof bars here!

B: Bulletproof lemon cookie bar

L: Bulletproof lemon cookie bar

D: Leftover low carb stuffed peppers

S: clear premier protein drink

Still working out 6 days a week. Did my second Saturday BodyPump class and did better! Took my teenager, who wanted to get out of mowing the lawn. He's been whining how sore he is ever since! Lol! He'd probably have been better off with chores =)

still waiting on my new scale. I haven't weighed myself for four days now. Maybe I'll have actually lost something by the time I weigh again, since I'm not so far. Fingers crossed!

I love it so far! I definitely feel like I'm working hard, but it's fun. I can't wait until my leg muscles get stronger so my one knee actually cooperates with all those lunges and squats, though!

I bought them from Amazon, but I saw them at Wegmans yesterday (east coast grocery store). Wegmans had singles of all the flavors, on sale 2/$5. Of course I bought one of each =)

They're made by the creator of Bulletproof coffee. Crumbly, smaller than expected, and sticks all over your teeth, and pricey (but aren't they all!) but tastes like a lemon shortbread cookie and doesn't make my heart race and stomach hurt like Quest bars sometimes do.

At 210 calories a pop, I use them sparingly as a meal replacement when I haven't planned ahead. Macros are decent, though!

hi all

we also had an eventful weekend. Saturday the tile guy came, started the base of the shower, then I took uma the oldest chi to the groomer for a bath. I picked up the grocery order, got home and made steak salad. sunday we went to see my FIL and my mom. DH has lost some weight and has dropped a pants size so all of his shorts were falling off. had to go get him some 34's. oh and i got a yoga mat and some cute flocked black pants that were marked 90% off then extra 30%.

food for today:

leftover mussels and zuch

leftover steak

salmon for dinner

QOTD: my alarm is set for 7:08 and 7:14. I like to be working by 7:30. I usually walk the pups real quick and hit the coffee pot power as soon as I get up. If I can't sleep sometimes I log in before then.

Weight up just a bit today-not happy about that. back at it...

yoga and weights are tonight.
